We choose to ship our products with DPD, we have been using DPD for many years now as they are a very reliable courier service who make sure your parcels get out to you quickly and efficiently. Normally next day delivery on our posting days.

We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible & attempt to process & dispatch for the next working day if ordered before 12 mid-day. Our current posting days are Wednesday for Thursday, Friday for Saturday, Saturday for Sunday, & Sunday for Monday

We always aim to to deliver within 1-3 business days but we do have a lead time of 2 weeks.

• Standard Delivery: DPD tracked delivery with postage costs applied. We aim to dispatch on our posting days for delivery within 1–3 business days, where possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods.
• Click & Collect: You can collect your items from our warehouse. We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Collection is usually available within 1–3 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks.
• As we are a clearance warehouse, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns. Please check your items carefully upon collection or delivery to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
