We choose to ship our products with DPD, we have been using DPD for many years now as they are a very reliable courier service who make sure your parcels get out to you quickly and efficiently.

We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible & attempt to process & dispatch for the next working day if ordered before 12 mid-day.

Mondays - If you place an order on Mondays your order will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse on Tuesday & delivered to you on Wednesday.

Tuesdays - Placing an order before 12 mid-day Tuesday's will be processed and dispcatched from the warehouse the same day and delivered to you on Wednesday.

Wednesdays - Placing an order on Wednesdays will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse on Thursday & delivered to you on Friday.

Thursdays - Placing an order before 12 mid-day Thursday's will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse the same day and delivered to you on Friday.

Fridays - Placing an order before 12 mid-day Friday's will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse the same day and delivered to you on Saturday.

All orders placed after 12 mid-day Friday and over the weekend will be processed & dispatched on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Unfortunately we are unable to post orders out to Highlands & Islands, The Channel Islands & Northern Ireland. - We post to MAINLAND UK ONLY

We offer local delivery for all orders made up with products from the outlet. Once you proceed you will have options of either local delivery(if there is at least 1 outlet item, and your order is over £99.99), standard delivery (arrives to you by shipping courier), or you can come a pick your items up yourself from our showroom. Purchasing items means you have secured the item(s) but we do require you to pop in and check it over as we are a clearance outlet and we want you to be happy. We do not accept returns!
