We choose to ship our products with DPD, we have been using DPD for many years now as they are a very reliable courier service who make sure your parcels get out to you quickly and efficiently.

We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible & attempt to process & dispatch for the next working day if ordered before 12 mid-day. We always aim to to deliver within 1-3 business days but we do have a lead time of 2 weeks.

All orders placed after 12 mid-day Friday and over the weekend will be processed & dispatched on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Unfortunately we are unable to post orders out to Highlands & Islands, The Channel Islands & Northern Ireland. - We post to MAINLAND UK ONLY

We offer local delivery for all orders made up with products from the outlet up to a 15 mile radius from the warehouse & charges apply. Once you proceed you will have options of either local delivery(if there is at least 1 outlet item, and your order is over £99.99), or for smaller postable items a standard delivery with postage costs applied (arrives to you by shipping courier) (DPD tracked) where we aim to deliver within 1-3 business days where we possibly can but do have a lead time of two weeks. You are welcome to come and pick your items up yourself from our showroom but you will be sent a notification when collection is available and its always best to check on the website when we are open when you need to arrive as they change on a daily basis. Once again we always aim to have a collection time within 1-3 business days but do have a lead time of two weeks. Purchasing items means you have secured the item(s) but we do require you to pop in and check it over as we are a clearance outlet and we want you to be happy. We do not accept returns! You can not purchase any sales or offers on the website, sales and offers on products will be on the item in the outlet olney or online if specified.
